Payment & Refunds?

 

Payment :

ALL  payment is required upfront. You may receive an invoice if you would like to an email, you may provide me with along with the services you have paid for, I do not give my home salon address out until payment has been received, Then you will receive directions on where to go as this is where my family resides.

Refunds :

Refunds are not available , but a credit towards your account is, For whatever service you would like to choose. HOWEVER if I am the one who has to cancel for your wedding for any reason ( ie car accident or death) you get a refund in FULL , if I am no longer here you will get your refund from my husband Micheal j may on Facebook ( for extential emergency only) 

 Cancellation Policy:

Please give a FULL 24 hours notice for cancellation of appointment so I'm able to give other clients a chance to come in earlier if there is no message or call cancelling your appointment A FULL 24 hour ahead  there will be a $30 fee either immediate or at next salon visit , and we'll reschedual your appointment 

Late for a service:

Late fees start at five minutes late ,

5 minutes late is $5,  10 minutes late is $10 etc.. PLEASE  do your best to be on time. If you do give me a phone call and a bit of a heads up you'll only be under 5 minutes late, the late fee will be waived, being on time helps me be able to complete your service without rushing , and gives YOU a relaxing enjoyable experience as well .  I'm very accommodating and understanding , things do happen! Not being tardy  gives my other clients their full-time with the session that they have paid for as well , and  if I end up starting to run late , I'm running into my other clients appointments times,  So please be on time.

Policy:

Please NO alcohol OR drugs in my salon ! as my household is a sober household. If you do come to your appointment, drunk, falling over or incoherent we will have to reschedule, as that  would be a danger to yourself and anyone else in the salon.

Sick or Unwell:

Please make sure you are not sick with flu ,Covid, cough or fever when u visit my salon, we can always reschedual! 

Dissatisfaction with Haircut:

not happy with your haircut??This I ALWAYS fix for FREE, please message or call me , and we will get you set up for an appointment as soon as possible!!  I'll get it fixed up to the way you would like it! No questions asked !

All for my clients:

Every three months I do a giveaway for all my prior clients whether it was for a haircut, a color, a style or a wedding if you have hired me in the past, you go into a big giveaway and I announce the winners every three months. I also have weekly deals that will be shown on my Facebook business page so keep an eye out!
